Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Final sale items (if marked)

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged. Contact us via our Contact page to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
