Returns and refunds are governed solely by our Refund Policy.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Novaro is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, packages returned due to customer error, additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect shipping information, or packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier's tracking system to the address provided by the customer.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier. Suspicious or repeated claims of non-delivery to the same address, account, or payment method may be investigated before a replacement or refund is issued.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through our Services—including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, videos, website design, and written content—is owned by Novaro or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

SECTION 9 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Although Shopify provides the ecommerce platform powering our store, all purchases are made directly from Novaro. Shopify is not responsible for products sold, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, or customer support.

Your submission of personal information through our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy.

SECTION 11 – CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

  • maintain records of accounts, devices, and addresses associated with confirmed or suspected fraud, and refuse future service to them;
  • report suspected fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or identity theft to payment processors, card networks, carriers, or law enforcement;
  • pursue recovery of losses caused by fraudulent chargebacks, including through collections or legal action where appropriate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct. Any obligations incurred before termination remain enforceable.

OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVARO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SECTION 21 – FORCE MAJEURE
Novaro shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, customs inspections, carrier delays, labor disputes, internet outages, government actions, acts of war, or other unforeseen circumstances.
