Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at novarostoreofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions within 24–48 hours. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Items that have been opened, used, or are not in original packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at novarostoreofficial@gmail.com.
